I had all the best intentions of posting a recipe I worked out last night, Lentil and Corn Fishcakes, but today has run roughshod over me and I was lucky to even squeeze in a review for Candied Pop.  Hopefully, tomorrow will be less hectic and I can shirk responsibilities and play on the Internet a little more.
