So I have the first six episodes of The IT Crowd but they are AVIs and Management wants to watch them on the TV rather than the laptop. Need I sweat it? Nope.

ffmpeg -i mymovie.avi -target ntsc-vcd mymovie.mpg

Then I burn three to a CD using K3B’s VCD creator. Pie.
