Over the past month I’ve noticed the following at home…
- TV watching is way down.
- Surfing is down.
- Reading is up.
- Kitchen time is somewhat increased.
- Conversations are on the rise.
- Satisfaction levels are elevated.
Correlation is not causation but in this case it warrants consideration.

hi…and if you’re like me you wonder just how much real sway is behind these things. i mean you start out the season batting .400 and all the old coots start betting against you as if they know some book on statistics is going to take your place in the line-up and not give it back til you’re at .278
If there is one thing I have learned it is that old coots are to be ignored because some days you’ll bat .100 and others .400 but everyday you should be playing for yourself.
Good because as you know, tv mostly sucks and books rule…
Thus spake The Librarian! (and I concur as I haven’t shook my habit, snagging another 4 books this week while buying Management’s textbooks; reading list now somewhere around 90…)
