Dear Jinzora,
Earlier today I besmirched your honor falsely accusing you of not wanting to partake in festivities with my friend Last.fm. I was wrong. I did not understand that when you said:
Edit settings.php (located in your Jinzora root directory) and set:
- $audioscrobbler_user = “YOURUSERNAME”;
- $audioscrobbler_pass = “YOURPASSWORD”;
What you really meant was:
edit settings.php (located in your Jinzora root directory) and set:
- $enable_audioscrobbler = “true”;
and ignore:
- $audioscrobbler_user = “”;
- $audioscrobbler_pass = “”;
because you set that information in your user settings. Completely my fault.
Let’s move on from this ugly incident and spend a little more time getting to know each other and I promise to listen more intently.
Sincerely,
elwoodicious

Well now that you’ve appologized, let us do the same
Yes, our docs are sorely in need of updating. Those settings do, however, matter. They are the “default” setting as you will, used when specific users don’t have their own last.fm accounts. Now if that’s not working that way we have a bug, oh, imagine that
Glad we’re friends again!
Ross
Color me embarrassed! It isn’t everyday that you have the founder and project lead swing by to set the record straight! Me and my ever running mouth…
I’ll take a look at the settings again but ultimately it probably won’t matter as it is just my wife and I using it to listen to music at work and home (see: Cheap Ass Jimmy). In the end, it is working beautifully and we spent the whole weekend listening to music with it. Thanks!
