I am:
Hal Clement (Harry C. Stubbs)
A quiet and underrated master of “hard science” fiction who, among other things, foresaw integrated circuits back in the 1940s.
Seeing as I have never heard of this author I’ll have to check his work out.

Yay! I’m Isaac Azimov: “One of the most prolific writers in history, on any imaginable subject. Cared little for art but created lasting and memorable tales.” That doesn’t sound like me but I dig the stuff I’ve read by him.
Guess I need to find out who Ursula K. LeGuin is, since she’s “perhaps the most admired writing talent in the science fiction field.” That doesn’t sound like me, either.
Le Guin is fabulous! Her Earthsea cycle, while butchered by SciFi is still one of the best fantasy series out there and I really enjoyed World’s of Illusion (my thoughts posted here).
Asimov is great as well, tucking into another of his novels this week (in between feedings and diaper changes!).
huh, I’m Hal Clement too, and I’ve never even heard of him.
Asimov, too.
