As my sister likes to put it, Gabi is “motionating”. Last week she, at once, added crawling and sitting to her repertoire and is now moving on to standing. Everyday she finds something new to pull herself up on and stand there assuming an air of indifference to her accomplishment, a sort of world weariness descends quelling any overt enthusiasm. Jaded would be a good description.
